With all of the cooler temperatures lingering around it makes me miss the summer. We love cooking fresh veggies and fruits on the grill along with some protein. One of our favorites is to get some sirloin and cut it into chunks and skewer them. This is perfect when paired with some fresh cut squash and zucchini that has been tossed in some olive oil and seasoned with just some salt and pepper. You will find that my favorite seasoning on a lot of this is simply salt and pepper. I use kosher salt and a course ground black pepper. Give this a try and let me know how you like it.
