Nick’s Pork Butt Injection

  • 4 Cups of Apple Juice
  • 1 Cup of Orange Juice
  • 1 Cup of Pineapple Juice
  • 1/3 Cup of Lemon Juice
  • 1/3 Cup of Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 1/2 Cup of Worcester Sauce (Preferably W Sauce)
  • 2 1/2 Tablespoons of Hot Sauce
  • 1/2 Cup of Brown Sugar
  • 1/4 Cup of Salt

Put on medium heat and whisk together until Salt and Brown Sugar dissolve.

Place in a container and put in the fridge for about 15 minutes or until ready to inject.
