











- 1 Bag of Golden Crispy Crowns
- 1 Pound of Sausage – Browned
- 6 Eggs – Scrambled
- 1/3 cup of Milk
- 8 ounces of shredded cheese
Preheat your oven to 375 degrees
Spray a casserole dish with a non stick spray and add a layer of the crowns.
Mix the scrambled eggs and milk together and pour over the layer of crowns.
Season the egg and crown mixture. I used DanO’s Original Seasoning.
Layer the sausage evenly over the top of the egg and crowns.
Add your favorite shredded cheese on top of the sausage.
Finish off with another layer of crispy crowns and season one last time with your favorite seasoning.
Cook in the oven for 40-45 minutes or until the crowns are golden brown on top. Top with ketchup, salsa or your favorite hot sauce or enjoy it all by itself.
