Bear & Burton’s W Sauce Chex Mix

Your favorite snack mix with a BBQ twist. This is a family favorite around the holidays. I hope you give this a try and enjoy it as much as we do.

Ingredients Method Notes

Ingredients
  

  • 3 Cups Rice Chex
  • 3 Cups Wheat Chex
  • 3 Cups Corn Chex
  • 1 Bag of Gardetto’s Snack Mix
  • 1 Cup of Mixed Nuts
  • 6 Tablespoons Butter Melted
  • 2-4 Tablespoons W Sauce 4 for more bold flavor
  • 1 1/2 Teaspoons Seasoned Salt
  • 1 Teaspoon BBQ All Purpose Rub

Method
 

  1. Place all of the dry ingredients into a bowl.
  2. Combine the melted butter, W Sauce and seasoning in a bowl and mix well.
  3. Pour the wet mixture over the dry ingredients and mix until incorporated well.
  4. Place the mix on a sheet pan and cook in the over at 250 degrees. Stir this every 15 minutes for 1 hour. Once completed, take out of the oven and allow it to cool completely. Store in a air tight container.
