YouTube Channel

Close to a year and a half ago, I decided to start posting what I was doing in the kitchen and on the grill online. This has opened me up to a whole new world and introduced me to some of the most amazing people that I call my barbecue family. One of the biggest fears that I have when it comes to this though is getting in front of the camera. I don’t know why this is but I quickly become Ricky Bobby and have no clue what to do with my hands.

With a lot of pushing from my wife and several of my barbecue family, I have been put into positions where I needed to be in front of the camera. Maybe one of these days I will actually be ok with this but I am still getting comfortable with it. So back to when I started, I knew if I didn’t go to all platforms and reserve my name that someone might come behind me and take it. So I went to the usual suspects; Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and of course YouTube.

This past weekend I filmed my very first YouTube video and got it uploaded to my computer. Of course, I am no film editor either so you can imagine how long this took me. I have told some of my friends that I have a new found respect for them being able to put together a video so quickly. I guess what I am trying to say her is that I have my first video up and I’d love for you guys to help me grow this platform. Please go and like my video and subscribe to my page. I’m hoping to be able to produce some better videos in the future and help overcome my fear of the camera. Maybe one day I’ll know what to do with my hands. Thanks for all of you love and support!
